I'd love to be able to build my own custom powersets from a pool of available powers, of course that'd be horrifically exploitable, but it'd still be a great tool....

Being able to use the powersets of some of the existing villain groups *would* allow me to finally make my Kheldian in the AE, so long as I could poach the PP Awakened's powerset...

By this I mean, the one shot pistol powerset that some of the thugs have, the power shield powerset from the crey. The reason I ask about this is because I rather not use dual pistols for making a western AE story. Maybe use a couple of the moves for an AV but thats about it.
