Final Plant/Fire build, please comment

Hi everyone.

This is the final build I have planned for my plant/fire dom. I've played this to almost 49 so far and am happy with the powers I've picked. I'm just seeking feedback on if there's anything I've missed or could do better.

Goal is a PVE/Group build, perma Dom, holds and damage, with nothing fancy like defense caps. I want to be able to exemplar as well, which is why the KB protection is there for when I exemplar below having perma Dom.

I did some tweaks (maybe you won't like them), but I put your KB protection in SS. If it stayed on Dark Embrace, you wouldn't have -KB when exemplared below 36.

And why did you mix 35 decimations with lvl 40 ones? This way you'll lose the rech bonuses exemplared below 37, keep them all at 35.

I didn't touch your powers but Dark Obliteration with a Posi set would be better than Spore Burst with the purple set IMO, the set bonuses are similar and you'd actually use D.Oblit for some AoE damage, losing only 3.75% rech total.

Thanks for the advise Kioshi.

The IO levels aren't really accurate, I find the redside market too limited to pick the level of IOs you want.

I like the idea of Obliteration in Soul Drain. The knockback Zephyrs in Super Speed is ok, though I think I'll wind up putting it in Recall Friend. Other suggestions like 3 perf shifters in Stamina and 3 Titanium Coating in Dark Embrace were nice as well.

I think the KB protection in Dark Embrace works back to level 27 despite the power not taken until 41. Globals always work if you're within 3 levels of the bonus, whether or not you have the power they are slotted in available. At least that's how it is on my brute, who has level 25 LotG recharges in level 47 and 49 powers, I still see the bonuses going back to level 24.
