Just to make this perfectly clear, I am a noob/newb/nub with mm's.
I have a lvl 41 necro/pain/mu atm. Slotted up with SO's that I want to tankmage with. I took provoke, intimidate and invoke panic thinking that would be a great way to start a battle. Provoke em to me (in BGM), they attack. My pets return attack. Then I IP them. Debuff, provoke, etc...But I have no real experience doing this. It was just a light bulb that turned on last week that told me that would be a swell idea. But in the past 2 or so days, I've realized that all I really need is provoke. Got into just running up to the highest lvl and provoking it then debuffing while my pets attacked. I liked that style better than making them come to us. But fire and lethal seem to just wreck my babies.
I was doing fine until I did Sirocco's patron arc. Started out at 2/3. 1st mission went ok. But by the time I waded through the EB's and got to Serafina, I was down to 1/1. Serafina put me at 0/1. Was very disappointed. Then I looked at what I had, went to mids, looked at what I could have, felt that sinking feeling in my stomach that I had a few useless powers compared to some of the others I could take. Then (which I should have done 1st) went to the boards and looked for advice. But there aren't many specifically for necro/poison. Maybe there is but it wasn't titled as such. The MM guide itself is from issue 7? I think so stopped at like page 15 I think and decided to ask here.
Anyways. To make a long question finally short. What should I shoot for? Below is a pathetically week attempt at my 1st MM build and I feel so lost. It's not completely finished as I was getting increasingly frustrated over which sets to go for.
Sorry it took so long to ask one question but venting at the white screen made me feel a lil better. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Just tinkered with mids a bit more and came up with this...guess I'm going for some reg/hp bonus wise and I took Charged Armour to stack? with BGM. How much is needed to compliment BGM? Wondering if the incoming dmg decreases once it hits the shield and then decreases again once it hits BGM?
