You don't get an update. The content is just "unlocked"
You can verify that the code was verified to your account by going to www.plaync.com and logging into your account.
Under Serial Codes Used on this Account there should be a list of serial codes applied with the last 4 numbers exposed. Booster packs are given the title Perk and will be listed like the following items.
Perk Sep 18, 2008 XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1111
Perk Apr 18, 2009 XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-2222
Perk Oct 4, 2009 XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3333
Perk Nov 12, 2009 XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4444
If you bought from the www.plaync.com store and were logged in with your account, the code is automatically applied. You do not have to do anything on your end.

Of the items specifically gained from the super science pack:
2 are expression emotes. Emotes will only show when you type them into your chat bar.
- /em experiment (or /em mixformula)
- /em calculate
- Drink Formula
- Super Serum
The costume parts will only show when you are making a new character, or visiting Icon to change an existing costume. You can now also talk to the Genetic Tailer to change size / gender.
I just logged back in to check for the Costume Change emotes.

I guess I should have looked harder at first glance.
I just paid for the "Super Booster III:SuperScience" Perk with my credit card, and now I'm not sure were, when, or if I get an update of some kind.
But when I log into the game, Nothing new!
I seen I was given an email with a serial code, but when I first entered it into the NCsoft website, I says that the code had already been used! Then when I try to send in a question on the NCsoft support site about the issue thinking that it should help, but every time I click on the Support link, I auto log out!
Now I'm having trouble with the Support site itself!
If anyone could explain what just happened, if I forgot something important or the websites vending machine just ate my last dollar, any solid reply would be very appreciated.
