Noob question: How do I start an AE Mission?

Ok, I tried playing an AE mission for the first time today and I couldn't get one going. When I find an architect mission, select 'play' and enter 'architect mode', what do I do next? On my Mission tab, I see 'Task Force: no tasks'. Nothing else seems to have changed. What am I supposed to do? I am sure I am simply overlooking something obvious...

Er, okay. This is a first, but I'll help...

Once you enter the task force, you have to go to one of the three holograms around the datastream (you know, the big glowing light thing in the middle of the AE building.), click that contact and he/she/it should give you the mission. Once you've done that, go to the datastream behind them, and click it. You should be transported to the mission.

You know, it actually would be useful if they had something pop up that told you to do that. Then again I'd guess that if we had to click it to go away it'd get annoying after the nth time.

Agreed and agreed.

My question is this: did his get covered in the 'tutorial quest' that makes you run from place to place in the AE building? Because I don't remember it...
