Severe Screen Flicker When Playing

what Catalyst driver set are you using and where did you download it from?
I recently applied the 10.2 drivers. I'm reapplying them now. Hopefully they just had a bad first install and they will take this time. I'll get back to you if it doesn't work.

So I've just gotten this new computer and wanted to install COH on it. I installed it and preformed all the required downloads. I fire up the game, and right toff the bat things are going weird. At the title screen, everything starts jumping around and flickering really fast. I exit the game, fire it back up again, and same problem. So "Ok" I think, "It must be a problem with the current graphics settings conflicting with the new system." So I log in, change the graphics settings, screen resolution, refresh rate, etc. Still having the same problem.
My current system is a HP p6230y with an AMD Phenom II x4 810 processor at 2.60 GHz. 8GBs or ram, with an Ati Radeon HD 4200 graphics card and windows 7 (64 bit). I haven't seen anything in the forum yet about this, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
