I think you could lose weave, look at EA and perhaps think it's over kill for what you need and pull a slot from it to get that sword well slotted. Also not bother with recharge in Hibernate because you won't be able to phase again anyway due to the no phase period.

Making this build I realized, we just don't have enough power choices!
I would of loved to fit Frozen Sword into the build, but all that AOE, and with the fact that I'm more than likely to team over solo with this tank...
*Sigh* Still, wish I could fit in Frozen Sword.
Maybe ditch weave. But then I'd have to make up the S/L defense to just hit softcap. With E/N currently being over the softcap (figured "eh, some breathing room").
