I think you can use -fullscreen 0 (windowed) and -fullscreen 1 (fullscreen) as command-line options in the shortcut, but I just run in windowed all the time, so I'm not entirely sure.

This is helpful, I just switched from xp to vista and I am having a weird screen problem and I want to run the game in window mode. but I cant get into the game because the resolution and the screen is skewed to the upper left.

Is there a way to make a shortcut to coh that will start it in windowed mode, and still have a shortcut that will start it in normal fullscreen mode?
