He should be able to purchase through the NC Soft store I think (assuming he has paypal or a credit card that works overseas).

LevelUp is incompetent. Period.
He has only two ways to get what he want...
Trust someone outside Brasil enough to give then his credit card data. (can be done, thats what I do, but i know personally my friend)
OR
Use a proxy server to trick the IP BLOCK (not recommended, security reasons)

I have a friend and longtime super-group member who lives in Brazil.
He would like to purchase the Martial Arts pack and the Science pack but he can't find anyway to purchase them through Levelup Games, NCsoft's partner in Brazil. He would also like to pre-order Going Rogue but that seems to be unavailable as well.
Are there any Brazilian gamers here who can offer advice, or is he really out of luck?
