Swap ammo numbers

hey can anyone give me the numbers for the secondary effects of swap ammo? How much damage does incendiary averagely tack on? How much is the -dmg from toxic? and What's the -recharge from cryo?


I was also wondering how often you guys usually swap your ammo? When solo I typically start off the fight with an aoe with toxic rounds, then I get another shot or two off before switching to cryo rounds for another aoe. I only go incendiary whenever I feel completely safe and feel like taking stuff down faster. What do you guys do?

All of these numbers can be found in-game. Right-click the power, Select Info, Detailed Info. Will give you the numbers/effects of each ammo type on that power.
