maybe your credit card or paypal isnt going through make sure your useing the right info and all that
Yep I have double and triple checked all the information, and everything is correct.
The error message I get, is the same as the other few people who also seem to have this issue is as follows:
"We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners."
Have you tried contacting your credit card company directly to see if any requests have been getting blocked recently?
It's probably because they could be getting overloaded with orders that they've run out of processing room for them all. I was getting the same response for even buying a simple booster pack, so the best thing to do is just wait for a bit and retry.
Well with nowhere else to turn, and posting in already created threads and coming up with no answers I'm hoping that the awesome Virtue community can help out.
I have spent 2 days now trying to buy the Going Rogue Pack with an error message that says they cannot process my transaction or something along those lines.
I have tried submitting a question to support and got a basic "Going Rogue is available, and ready to be purchased response." which didn't answer my question as to why I cannot buy it. Others have said that the store could be down, or the account server is down. So I tried doing a search for that, and nothing has come up. I updated my question again and have still not gotten a response.
The only other people I have talked to are in game, and they have said that the server could possible be overloaded. But like I said I have been trying for 2 days at all hours EST. If this issue has been brought up please if I could be pointed in the right direction. I really want to be able to join my SG mates and play DP, especially over the Double XP weekend.
Any info on this matter would be extremely helpful.
