I haven't played CoH for nearly a six months and just came back and installed all the updates. When I log into the server, the screen starts flashing really bad like a strobe light. I don't know how to fix this so I can play. I use Vista and my resolution is set to 1920x1280. I did recently get a new graphics card. It's an ATI Radeon HD 4350 w/1GB of DDR2 memory and DirectX 10.1. I never had this problem before even when downloading the architect. Please help if you can.

I'm going to say you have the ATI driver that strobes OpenGL games installed. Grab the latest ATI drivers (10.2 I think) and you should be fine.
