All you have to do is build up to that level. After that, you can set the level of your enhancements by mousing over them and manually typing the level you want. It isn't very intuitive though, since nothing gets highlighted or whatever to indicate that you can type at that point.

For powers and slots you pretty much have to check yourself. For IOs if you go to the options menu and click on configuration there is an option to set a default IO level.
Howdy folks, had a question about MIDs. Is there a way to set the character level you want to build? I am trying to plan out a level 30 character, but I can't seem to set things right... and I am pretty much a techno-tard, so...
Any help would be appreciated.
