(I'm sorry I'm too out of it right now to give a serious answer. If I wasn't, I'd probably ask you if you see this all over the place on a regular basis, or if it was just that one time. I'd recommend doing a "verify all files", then I'd have you post your CoH_Helper report to check your drivers and settings.... I'm sure somebody will pick up where I left off. lol)
Weird artifacts like that can be a one-time glitch with your computer or graphics card or a failure to synch with the game. In such cases, a reboot solves it.
It could also mean an outdated graphics driver or a sign of overheating. Check the temp of your machine.

Ok, I was on live doing the old "Stop the bad guys in the Precinct" and came across some odd graphic bugs:
This wasn't on a bank mis.
Wasn't sure if this is a known bug, but thought I would post it. It's hasn't happened before or after.
I was running on WinXP with a ATI video card, but I think it was happening to my friend too so I doubt it was me.
