Why did you skip buildup?

I think you need to reprioritize your slotting.

These powers need slots:
1) Tough: 3-4
2) Power Sink: 3-4, using efficacy or perf shifter
3) Energize: 4-5, using frankens of numina/other OR 5 doctored, skipping heal/end
4) Stamina: 3-4 slots, 4 if you use the perf shifter proc

The following are overslotted:
1) Combat Jumping.
2) Grounded: leave it at 1.
3) Boxing. Yes, I see the nice set bonuses. But it's better to slot powers you'll actually use. Namely energize.

The following sets need adjusted:
1) Weave: switch the triple to defense, or add another slot. Your enhancement values aren't yet near the ED cap.
2) Chain Induction can take procs. As you're going melee def, add in a touch of death.
3) BoTZ in SJ really isn't doing much for you. I don't even know why you're using this set.
4) Static Shield would benefit from 3 titanium coatings instead of generics. You'll get better numbers.

But what if I do use boxing? so what do u suggest in SJ then?

Superjump is a travel power. It doesn't need to be slotted - especially since the set bonuses aren't going to help you that much on that current build. Now, if that put you at around 30% range defense, it would be a different story.

I don't know why you'd use boxing when you have plenty of other attacks you can use. You aren't getting any benefit from using boxing in your attack chain.
