I remember a time when Tied Headband could be found in Detail 1 and be used with hair styles, now it seems only the Full Masks option has tied headband, and nothing else can select it? When was this changed? And if so, WHY was this changed? does it make no sense to have a Tied Headband with hair? Is this a bug? I'd just like to find out....
Edit: Never mind, I remembered wrong, its a hair style, not a Detail 1. - Ignore this.

I was going to answer this question, but saw you found it. Interestingly, females have a separate headband option with hair, but they also have Sailor Moon-style tiaras and such as well (Okay, Wonder Woman too) so that might explain why it's a separate option.
