1. Most likely. They've told us that we're getting new endgame content, and I would be surprised if that excluded Praetoria.
2. You can switch back and forth as you please, but it's not a simple button you press. (More likely, it's one or more story arcs you complete to switch sides)
3. At level 20, you have to go to Primal Earth. Since there is presumably lv50 (or maybe 45-50) content in Praetoria, it's unlikely that there will be 20-45 content in Praetoria.

1. Will there be level 50 content in Preatoria? Because it seems to me it's all about creating new stuff and new characters
2. Can switch sides forever? (can a villain stay a hero forever)
3. If there is higher level stuff, can you stay in Preatoria or do you have to go to Earth?
4. (This one may not be released yet) What's the story behind Preatoria? Why do the Heroes and Villains get involved?
