I used to run my SA/SS with hand clap and the presence pool just for giggles
Figured I'd try it on a scrapper. So if it does KD would definitly enjoy it more along side burn
In MIDS its listed as 4.15 Mag, which would be knockback
I have never had the power in game
(edit gah had the LR Mag intially due to a mousing error)

I agree. It's kind of a joke power I believe the Devs threw in as filler or to pull a fast one on the players. Not the best to have on a scrapper...

Have to go through 26 levels to get some carp? Well I guess that's slightly better than tankers... 
Anything above mag 1 is knockback. Since it's mag 4.x, it does knockback instead of knockdown.
