Unable to log in

I was playing COH earlier today then I tried playing it again a few hours ago and it said "You've entered an incorrect username or password" or something like that. But the information I entered was correct, I tried it about 5 times with the same results. I tried restarting my computer and that didn't help, I've already sent a ticket to the NCSoft help, but since its sunday nobody has responded yet. I even tried changing my password for the game in the NCSoft account and the game still is saying "Incorrect username or password." Was really hoping to play some more tonight, but looks like I'm not going to be able to.

The name/password you use to login here are the name/password you should be using to login to the game.

Although now that you've changed your game password, I don't know if that's true. I don't know if that carries over to the forums or not. O.o

Yeah I'm using the new password to access the forums but I'm not able to get into the game.

The same thing happened to me. I use the same password that has gotten me in the game for a few years. I entered it 3 different times, being careful and making sure there were no caps. Still said it was wrong. Got out of the game, and ran the 'verify files' and logged back in without a problem. I don't understand it, but glad that took care of it.

Thanks for the suggestion, just did the verify files thing and it still didn't help. Guess I just have to wait for ncsoft support to reply back.

I have resolved the issue, I had to uninstall and reinstall the client.
