Patron Powers bug

after i completed the scrissiro quests i got no patron powers i need help!

after you complete up to the first elite boss (after which you can call them) you can choose patron powers when lvling up, they are listed in a bar underneath the pool power bar saying "choose new epic power pool" or something like that

So your saying i need to get to lvl 41 or 44?

Yes, in order to choose a patron power, you must choose a new power. You don't get them automagically. It's like regular power pools, just content-locked.
