Merit farming powers for Bane

Would like to start merit farming and have read that Spy Hunt was a good place to start, at least for stalkers it is. Is it the same for all AT's? If so, what powers should I be choosing for my Bane and should I IO him for the farm? Is that worth it? If not, what farm is ideal for my Bane? Currently, this is what I have. Thanks in advance for all input.
