Leveling up my Night Widow was a fun process; and I respec'd NW powers a couple of times on the journey to 50. I looked at sample builds and they all had some similar picks in power pools to a degree, namely the speed pool. I wanted to do something different. I want to achieve the effects of the speed pool without ever taking it. This means having a very fast natural movement speed to closely mimic Super Speed, and recharge to mimic hasten, with out ever having to take said powers. Bear in mind I created my NW before the ninja pack( which is a great boon for my build ) came out. Also, I am aiming more for burst DPS rather than streamline DPS.

Things I know I want to change so far and questions:
1.Eventually remove Decimation from poison dart to fit 2 more parts of Apocalypse
2. Slot out strike with Hecatomb ( this will take a while, maybe a replacement set for the mean while?)
3. Get a 2nd slot into swift (adds another 2 mph)
4. Get more GotA: run speeds or other run speed set bonuses
5. Sub out Scirroco Dervish/Multi strike in Eviscerate for Obliteration
6. Find out what to do with all the basic slotted IO powers. should I frankenslot LoTG/GotA?
7. The power selection order is not what I originally selected it, but its been so long I forget what order I picked them in. Which brings me to-
8. Anything I should drop that would be better? I read that Elude is rather excessive but I choose it for a different reason than most- Run speed!
9. I do run into the problem of endurance in drawn out battles, suggestions?
10. Lastly, more def bonuses would be nice, especially ranged.
