PB Tri-Form build

I'm trying to figure out a decent build for tri-form PB and I could use a help. I pretty much know what powers i want to use but the problem is that there's just not enough slots to slot everything I want ^^
My current build is kinda neglecting human form and that's what I want to change. Atm I use human form just to heal and buff myself, but I would like to slot some dmg powers as well. The problem is that with slotted Nova and Dwarf I don't have any free slots. I'm thinking about reducing Nova and Dwarf powers to 5 slots and the leftovers put into human nukes. I guess Nova itself is overslotted (not sure if the accuracy helps Nova's powers) so that would be few more slots.
But I'm not sure and that's why I'm looking for help ^^ Any ideas how to improve human form without crippling Nova/Dwarf much would be aweseome ^^

By the way, I kinda like Pulsar as it is, it's pretty cool opener and I would like it to be slotted as it currently is ^^ And don't mind the power pools, only thing that will be slotted there is Hasten with 3 RedRech IO's, the rest is just for LotG/Numinas/etc and probably will be changed anyway.
Also note that Dawn strike will not be part of the build ^^

To get more slots:
Drop the endmods from Nova. They`re not doing that much. Also, how many times have you ran out of end in Nova?
Drop at least one resistance slot from Dwarf, not only does it get cut out by ED, but you`re slotting 5 Aegis to get a 2.5% debt protection for a level 50 toon.
Drop the slots from Bright Nova Bolt, youre build recharges Blast 1.68 seconds and you will most likely get away with using AoEs for single target damage. I do.
I think you could drop the other resistance slot from Shining Shield. It`s a pretty marginal slot as it gets cut out by ED and you wont be in Human that much.
Both Nova AoEs are overslotted (by one slot each) with Posi for a marginal (in my opinion) set bonus. Id put a damage proc from another set instead.

At level 14 you`re picking up a blast that is in it`s current state useless, I would just take another LotG mule to free up some more slots from the heals where you overslotted to get the 5% recharge bonus. Then frankenslot one of the heals, the only good bonus you`re getting from the DW set is the recharge one. You could argue that you can drop two 5% bonuses and replace them with a 7.5% one and not loose that much, but gain some slots.

Edit: The accuracy in Nova does nothing.
Test out how the recharge enhancements affect the actual recharge of powers, don`t just look at the % value.

Thanks for the advice ^^ I made some changes as you suggested and actually got into situation where I didn't know what to do with one slot. Anyway, I 4 slotted human dmg powers for the dmg proc and did some other changes, mostly what you wrote. Here it is:

EDIT: I just noticed there are two useless slots in Conserve energy as I never use it. But I don't know what to slot now so any advice on that or any improvement are welcomed

Add one slot to White Dwarf Flare and add a Lady Grey -res proc. This is the no argument point of this post. The rest is just my opinions.

I would just slot the human blasts for damage, recharge and endurance are wasted in Glinting Eye and to a lesser extend in Gleaming Blast. I know this will mess up with your set bonuses, but It`s either that or overslotting a power you won`t be using that much. I think you could get the same added damage by slotting procs to AoEs etc.

I haven`t played that much PvE content with my PB, but I would imagine you could click Converse Power when you think you will be locked in Dwarf. As you already have a +end proc in the Dwarf you might like the extra end when in there.

I personally like Solar Flare (when I use it), its very manly and the knockback can have it`s uses. And it is nice to have an AoE when in Light Form.
