1. on a rad corr you need perception. drop phase. get leadership.
2. drop mutation, pick up short circuit.
3. school of sharks is bad, drop it, pick up shark skin.
4. put your unbounded leap set in sj.
5. with anything above 30 percent recharge, anything past the first slot in phase is wasted.
6. you get a free power pick if you follow this advice, pick up voltaic sentinel. it's good.
7. build a bit more recovery into the build. with DR, you're gonna have a horrible time keeping your toggles up when AM isn't up. and AM can't be perma anymore.
8. slot tesla cage for -end, not for hold duration.
9. frankenslot LR so it actually slows people.
10. RP poned and get some jav procs and apocs for your single target blasts.

I am new to pvp; I have a stalker that is built for pvp that works great and I love, but I'm thinking of taking an electric/raid corruptor that I have build for pve and making a pvp build.
Problem is, I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing for the build.
