Most Build up Procs?
Pretty sure it's unique.
correct me if I'm wrong... but I'm pretty sure you can only have one of those in an entire build.
For most build up procs in general, however, you'd want decimations. so... a blaster <.<

Pretty sure the Decimation is unique too.
Claws can slot both without taking pool powers.
Gaussian's in Follow Up and Decimation in Focus.

For a while it wasn't unique, and people used multiple gaussian sets to help get to soft-capped defenses. And now that I think of it... that might have been only true in Mid's and not in the game itself. It's definatly unique now.
I gotta make pain. I gotta make things right. I gotta stop what's comin'. 'Least I gotta try.
I think it was a bug back then. It was flaged as unique but it was still allowing us to slot more than 1. I remember having the set on BU, FA and tactis on my kat/regen.
It wasn't a bug. It was WAI. Castle simply changed it because he realized how completely bonkers it was.
What combination of powersets would result in a maximum of those gaussians chance to build up? (BU Somewhat discluded since it's fire rate is low)
*edit* Roont (ruined), the IO is unique.
For failure, looks like follow up Gauss + focus deci is still fastest.
