I am using a long retired Spines/Regen scrapper to build as a PvPer. I'm trying to squeeze in sj/ss, phase shift, focused accuracy, and all the powers from the secondary except revive. Is Quills worth it to smack stalkers? What other powers would you reccomend from the primary? Is there any other tips or ideas that could be offered on building a successful spines/regen PvPer?
