Nope....no way to import your build from the game to Mids....
Its really just a couple dozen mouse clicks though...stop being lazy...hee
What you can do is take a screen shot of your enhancement screen, print it out and set it next to your computer and open Mids and start working...
I would recommend working in Mids and then making your build ingame match that but to each their own....
