Need some build help
I'm not sure on the recharge needed for the attack chain, but this is the build I'm running and it seems to run smoothly. No travel power as I'm a natural ninja type guy, and ninja run + sprint + quickness is pretty damn fast. I also grab all the powers for the sweep combo, I like to throw it into the mix when I need a second or two for breathing room, as I also don't have aid-self and rely on greens for when I get hit. YMMV, most leave out the sweep combo, but I like it.

I'm planning on building a DB/SR scrapper. I'm unable to use mids at this time so I cant get the build figured out. I'm looking to use the BF->AV chain with soft capped defense. I'm not sure what recharge % I need to hit for that and I'm also wondering how much extra damage from set bonuses I can fit in. Thanks for any help.
