Dual Blades / Elec Build
If you're going for strictly defense without any AoE, it looks like a pretty solid build.
I wouldn't, however, skip Lightning Field. You can manage to retain your high defense, greatly lower your end consumption, and gain more damage all by switching Leadership for Hasten/LF and 6 slotting it with Multistrike. That's just me, YMMV.

I am not sure what you are doing with all that knockback in there. It's really not needed at all as long as you have grounded turned on.. which you would.
This should make things more interesting and is more concerned with recharge to keep your energize up and running.

You don't need Assault. You're a Brute. It's a waste of endurance and you'd benefit more from Lightning Field.
