claws/regen scrapper critique
So you pretty much took as bad of attacks as you possibly could and poorly slotted them? Good thing you took the rez. Focus and Shockwave are non-debatable powers for a Claws/regen. CP is pure waste. PP I can see being skipped. I never really take self rez powers.

Where to begin... I'll post my claws/regen build in a few hours when I'm on at my computer (just on laptop atm) so you can see what you could aim for (I'm extremely pleased with my claws/regens performances. But here's a list of what I see straight away wrong in your build...
1) You left out focus... Essential claws power, best attack really in the whole set!
2) Revive... Not needed, with a proper build you'll rarely die.
3) You're running a mere 3 troggles and have QR, stamina and PP. QR on it's own would be enough really. My claws/regen runs 7 toggles and only has QR, no end problems either!
4) Conserve power isn't needed. Claws/regen is one of the most endurance friendly scrappers you can have.
5)Laser beam eyes.... just no xD
That's the very basic stuff I can point out (without going into poor slottings). Read on for more spots you didn't do well in!
6) Slotting 2 purples in one power is useless. You only get .07 more recovery from them and that's pretty pathetic when you take into consideration how much it will cost you.
7) Panacea... iirc that will cost you 2bil... 'nuff said methinks on that one.
8)The +recharge IO in kick is a waste of money. You won't be using kick in your attack chain so the +recharge chance will never occur.
9) Numina/Regenerative Tissue/Miracle uniques shouldn't be in dull pain, they belong in either health or fast healing. In DP they only occur when you use it, while in health or FH they are always in play.
There are more but I'll leave it at that for now. Sorry if it seems like I'm being harsh but ya gotta learn the hard way I used to be awful at builds but now I'm decent, as long as it's /regen....
For bonuses you should be aiming for good regen (600%+) and good positional defense (That's melee, ranged and AoE). Iirc my claws/regen has around 35% melee defense and 25% AoE/ranged. Next would come some recharge (anywhere from 40-80) and +HP.

Here's the build I used for my claws/regen. It's quite expensive though so it could take some time to get completed. I actually ended up replacing the purple sets but I can't remember what with... The hami enhances are also just icing on the cake really so I left them til last.
Basically you can see what you might want to aim for in defense/regen/recharge.

Dark/Shield Build Thread
Not the worst build I've seen.....but it definitely needs help.
If you REALLY want that Force Feedback proc (or if you already have one and are looking for somewhere to put it) take Shockwave and slot 5 Posi's Blast and that in the 6th slot. Also, Focus will accept that proc as well, since it has a guaranteed knockdown in it, which brings me to.....
No Focus? I repeat....NO FOCUS!?!? Focus is easily the best power in the set. Claws ans Spines are the only scrapper sets with a ranged attack built in, and Claws is much more balanced between single target and AoE. Skipping Focus is a HUGE mistake.
If you're going to 3 slot Super Speed, you'd be better off using Blessing of the Zephyrs.
Instant Healing should be slotted for recharge first, healing second. I like Doctored Wounds in all 3 click heal powers. 5 slots will net you another 5% recharge, I usually skip the Heal/End and use the other 5.
Slash is woefully underslotted. I like 5 Crushing Impact and an Achille's Hell -res proc.
The 3 procs you have in Dull Pain should be put in either Fast Healing, Health, or possibly Physical Perfection. They are only active when you use the power, so you get 2 minutes of bonus when you use Dull Pain, which is only up every 6 minutes without significant recharge enhancement. In auto powers the bonus is active all the time.
Laser Beam Eyes? If you wanted a ranged attack, why didn't you just take Focus?

That build hurt my brain the first few times I looked at it so I'm simply going to agree with what has already been said. That build is bad. Bad enough, in fact, that I'm hoping it's actually a trolling attempt rather than a legitimate one. I'd honestly suggesting doing some research before attempting to build one from scratch next time because that one demonstrates a painful lack of intelligent IO slotting strategy.
Here's the no-purps, no-PvP Claws/Regen build I've got lying around. It, like the other builds in this thread (which, I admit, I haven't bothered to check out) should give you some better ideas what you should be doing.
