FU>Focus>Slash (with no wait) requires 314% +rech in FU, 102% +rech in Slash, and 142% +rech in Slash. Of course, you're still going to get great damage out of FU>Focus>Slash>Wait(.396 secs) which only requires 263% +rech in FU (a much more easily attainable goal).
FU>Focus>Eviscerate (no wait) is going to give you similar but slightly lower DPS to FU>Focus>Slash>Wait(.396), but requires 273% +rech in Eviscerate, 213% +rech in FU, and 80% +rech in Focus.
FU>Focus>Slash>Swipe (no wait) is going to give you moderate success that's lower than the other two strings, but with much more easily attainable requirements: 203% +rech in FU, 86% +rech in FU, 30% +rech in Slash, and no +rech in Swipe.
No matter how you put it, you're going to want Hasten because you need so much +rech, no necessarily for all of your powers but for FU, which is the most important power you've got.
Here's a build for you to think about. It's no PvP IOs, but everything else was used. It's softcapped, perma-Hasten, infinitely endurance sustainable, 1780 hp, and 25.8 hp/sec regen. Even with all that, it's only barely capable of running FU>Focus>Slash>Wait(.396 secs), which should give you a nice, fat 260 DPS (assumed 100% chance to hit; 3 stacks of FU on Focus and Slash, 2 on Slash; 8% average contribution from AH).

Yes. Yes, it is. Sadly enough, it's not as expensive as it could be. If I made PvP IOs available, it would easily double the cost of the build thanks almost exclusively to the Panacea proc and the Gladiator's Armor unique, both of which regularly go for 2 bill or more. |

Hey Umbral.... Do you suggest actually using Shockwave in just normal mob attacking? or is it in the build for a set mule only.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

Running FU > Slash > Focus > Swipe on my claws/sr without hasten.
And going Strike in place of Swipe would lower your recharge requirment.
On my claws/regen (which I just respec'd and is doing awesome, thanks to Umbral), I used FU>Slash>Focus>Evisc to take down a Pylon. Think it took me about ten minutes, timing it didn't really cross my mind at the moment.

I use FU>Slash>Swipe>Focus>Swipe>repeat.
I could do better with more recharge, but it works for me so I left it as is for now.
I'll be respeccing to a perma DP build (I'm claws/regen) and with the recharge I'll have for that I should be able to drop the second Swipe and have no wait. The wait is miniscule now, but I throw the second Swipe in because I hate just standing there 
I'm not as good at math as Umbral and Werner (or just lazier than them, not sure which) so my recharge calculations fall into 2 categories: "Need more recharge" and "have enough recharge". It's not very scientific, but it seems to work for me.

I'm up to perma DP with my current build. Maybe I should have tossed in swipe instead of Evisc.

I recently got my claws/sr scrapper up to 50, and I need a good dps cast cycle for him. Also, I have all respecs still available, so feel free to make a build, I have 5 lotg rech already and with my current build around 75% Global Recharge w/o hasten because we all know claws does not need it. I hope to one day make this toon an AV soloer and one day solo a rikti pylon, atleast have the dps to. Can someone help?
