I love fun stuff like this!
A couple of questions though... Where would you like suggestions for categories? Here, or on the wiki's discussion page? Also are suggestions to be made IC or OOC?
I for one am looking forward to Big Game picking up 'Best Dressed Villain'... HEY! stop snickering you lot!!!
Heh suggestions can be put up here or on the discussion page. I'm subscribed to this thread so I'll be notified of replies. I'll likely just copy&paste suggestions over from here to the discussion page so I have them all in one place though so it may be easier for people active on the handbook to put feedback there themselves.
As for the IC/OOC, in character would be prefered as its more fun but I'll take ooc as well and attribute those suggestions to random metafan NPCs 
Still open to suggestions on this one. Any and all categories welcomed. I shall also ask on the Union Roleplayers channel later ^^

Maybe have a few more 'serious' ones, like Medical awards, Rescuers and suchnot, along with a few more light-hearted ones like Gamey suggested?

City Defender award - (general all round do-gooding)
Shield award - (defending others with no thought for self)
Officers Recognition award - (Leadership skills and uniting the community)
Paragon of Fasion award - (Best dressed Hero or Heroine)
Heroic 'Most Wanted' - (The Hero or Heroine that the most people go crazy and drooling over )
Red:
Arch Villain/ess award - (Generally being a nasty type)
Master/Mistress of Mayhem award - (Destruction and chaos on a large scale)
The Mastermind award - (Manipulating others to do your dirty work, before revealing how duped they were)
The Slick'n'Sharp award - (Best dressed Villain or Villainess)
Vice Dream award - (The bad boy or girl who pulls all the 'naughty' levers in poeples heads)

How about a 'Gone But Not Forgotten' award? Obviously nominating Father Pious Hunter immediately springs to mind but there are plenty others who rightly deserve our rememberance. Heck even that wierd deviant Coile occassionally did his bit for all of us before he finally bought the farm!

Metahuman Accomplishment, Notoriety and Appreciation awards or MANA awards are coming soon to the Union Universe. This is a light-hearted and fun community plot that I'll be running over the upcoming months. For more information have a nosey at the MANA awards Handbook page. It's a little empty for now but will see updates as the plot progresses and I will be welcoming feedback throughout.
