Is there an issue with windows 7 and test server?

I play the live server with windows 7 with no problems. I downloaded the test server and copied my toon across with no problems. However, after login into the character selection screen when i attempt to enter Paragon city, COH test server locks up. This is the same for my wife who also has window 7 and plays the live server with no problems. I tried all combination with the compatibility settings with no luck. Is there an issue with windows 7 and the test server?

No. I've run Win7 as early as January 09 and as recently as last night.
