CoV Patron Arc level ranges

There are 4 arcs per patron. ParagonWiki lists them as two at 40-44 and two at 45-50.

My question is this, having never tested it myself...
If you are 45+, are you still offered the second of the 40-44 arcs?

I'm pretty sure you can still do the first to unlock the PPPs. I'm curious as to whether you could/would also get that second arc.

Anybody know? My search-fu turned up nothing about this.

If you're 45+, you can do all four arcs in a row. They are actually 40-50 and 45-50.
