I have been looking over many of the builds here and found some very nice builds. I was wondering if moving some slots around into often used powers and putting in procs may generate some better DPS.
This is the build I have come up with adding a proc into fire cages, flashfire and seismic smash. The build is soft-capped to smash/lethal and HP capped with earth's embrace on.
