Here's what I'm seeing in your build:

1) Twilight grasp is slotted way past the ED cap for healing. You'll be a lot happier adding a little end/rech to that to round it out.
2) With the same point in mind, a lot of your attacks are focusing a lot on accuracy and damage with no regard to recharge or endurance. For example, switching out the two-aspect thunderstrike IO's for triple aspects will make a BIG difference. I don't see a significant cost in doing this either.
3) Dark servant can take accurate hit debuff IOs. Consider that nice dmg proc you can put in it. Your pet also has no accuracy or mez duration (consider the hamidons for this) with it, which is primarily what this pet does.
4) Dark Embrace is woefully underslotted.
5) Petrifying gaze is AWESOME. Please try it before you don't include it in your build.
6) Tar patch needs a LOT more recharge. It's one of the best powers in the set, and I want this up as much as possible on my /darks.
7) Irradiate is a great power if you don't mind getting up and close.

I tweaked your current build. I moved some slots around, reslotted some things, and whatnot. I also want to mention that your build is quite pricey. I did what I could to reduce some of the cost without taking away the IO performance you seem to want.

Some of the changes
-I moved the freebird stealth proc into sprint by switching it to celerity.
-I put an expensive microfilament Hami in sprint that buffs both runspeed and flight so hover is nicer.
-I picked up both petrifying gaze and soul storm. You now have two holds! They are both slotted with Basilisk's gaze for some nice recharge bonuses.
-I added more recharge to the build by adding decimations to your ST range attacks. You lose some regen, but you have twilight grasp!
-Since you seemed fond of defense and I took some away by removing your defense slotting on Shadowfall, I gave you some back by slotting shadowfall with reactive armor (actually, did you one up by doing this).
-I left aim unslotted. You can keep your original slotting, or choose to skip this power completely in favor of another attack. As it doesn't appear that you want to get into melee range with irradiate, perhaps you will keep aim here.
-I reslotted Fuzzy. While the pet doesn't benefit from the recharge, it's there so if it dies in combat, you can re-summon fuzzy faster.

ty for the time you must have spent on that build Tonality its looks kool im not 2 bothered about aim only usually take it for the damage and acc buffsbut if its not needed then i could do with another attack but if i could b a check and ask you to make a total new build (forgetting my build/slotting ways) how would you personally play this toon coz im always looking for new ideas to making my game experence better and trying new tatics

Flexibility is the most important thing about the build.

Fearsome Stare is what I would open up with to negate any Alpha. As a mag-3 mez, you'll take all the minions and lieutenants out of the fight. You can then focus on the boss, which leads to...

...those two holds you can use selectively. Whether that's using both on a boss that is a threat or taking two sappers out of the picture, you're covered. You have tar patch you can use for extra mitigation.

Fluffy should be out as much as possible. He heals and adds some control. With the one proc, he does a small amount of damage from time to time as well. For soloing, try to keep an eye on him and stay in range of his heal in case you get stunned and can't heal yourself.

Darkest Night is a great damage debuff and to-hit debuff. It's very useful. Pick something and kill it last.

For teaming, I'd rely more on fearsome stare and tar patch. I'd save the holds for emergencies if something notices you (or for fun because Soul Storm just looks cool).

As for how I would play and build that combination, I would have a few things to consider. I could pick up Scorpion's shield and work towards getting 45% Smashing/Lethal/Energy defense so I'm tough to kill. I could go with a more jack-of-all-trades build like this (yours is flexible), or I could go all out recharge for a more offense-oriented build. As rad/dark isn't something I'd really want to trickout, I'd go with a build similar to what I already modified. As I use corrs mostly for teams, not solo, I'm more into the support/control of dark with some good attacks from the primary. I personally hate neutron bomb. Irradiate is nice, but requires you to head into melee range, which might not be what you want to do. Electron Haze and Cosmic Burst have the same range, so you might pair those two up.

As for aim, I left it unslotted with six slots so you can choose what to do. Aim is a great power and I probably wouldn't skip it either. I'd either 5 slot it with adjusted for the 5% recharge or 3 slot it with 2 adjusted for the 2% dmg and 1 rech IO. The extra slots can go in your attacks for various procs such as:

1) Achilles Heal, chance for defense debuff
2) Devastation, chance of hold
3) Decimation, chance of buildup
4) Touch of Lady Grey: Chance of Neg Dmg

Here's another take on a rad/dark, this time focusing on getting 45%+ Smashing/Lethal/Nrg defense. It makes you a lot less vulnerable to mezzes. The recharge isn't as good, but that's why you have hasten. With both tough and shadowfall adding decent resistance across the build plus your defenses, you're a fairly tough squishy, not to mention an awesome heal. Fluffy isn't as nicely slotted, but that's because fluffy boosts my S/L defense now, and Fluffy already likes immobilize a little too much anyway.

I'd probably go with this one myself, but I like being tough to kill.
