Almost certainly a heat issue. Some systems do give out an alarm beep when they are about to auto shutdown from overheating.
The fact that it happened after the winter patch is coincidence. With the amount of players in the game and the failure rate of computers it is almost guaranteed that somebody is going to start seeing problems with their system right after a patch. I say almost rather than absolutely guaranteed because there is always a finite though small chance that nobody will have problems for a couple weeks after a patch.
Solutions. Get some canned air (or other air supply), open the computer and make sure that absolutely any dust inside is blown out. When cleaning the heat sinks make sure to hold the fan blades in place with a pencil eraser or something similar. If the blades spin fast enough there is a small chance that the stray voltage they cause could damage the motherboard. It's not worth the risk.
Once everything inside is clean, power up the system and watch to see that the fans are actually spinning at speed. Fans do occasionally fail but they are very very inexpensive and easy to replace.
Lastly, if the case is clean and the fans are working then it might just be time to replace the system. Computers do give up after a few years, especially if they are put through high stress situations like playing City of. This game stresses the processor and graphics card much more than most others out there, even the super graphics intensive ones. It's possible for the computer to fail while playing the game and yet still be able to surf the net and watch videos for a couple more years.
And look on the bright side. Although it's hard to justify the money for a new computer system when your old one works perfectly well, the failure of your old system gives you a good excuse to buy one capable of handling Going Rogue in ultra mode.

Ok Got the air an Blew out all the fans, an MOBO, side panel is off an Purring right now, Speedfan info is as follows

fan 3 0 RPM temp 127 C ( I see no other fans in the case)
Fan 4 0 RPM Temp 127c
HDD 30 c
Temp 1: 40c
Core: 49c
hope this helps some , An thanks for all the help gang

If you're looking at replacing the mobo then you'll need to replace a bunch of other stuff due to the age of your machine. You're looking at replacing the motherboard ($100 roughly), CPU ($100 - $200) and RAM ($50 - $100) at a minimum; and if you're looking for an Ultra Mode capable machine probably the video card as well ($100-$300). That may also require a new Power Supply ($80-$100) depending on how much oomph your current machine has.

Yea if i had to do all that it would be costly,an the Fan there would be great to try an see if it is what is making my comp heat up, can try that first, what do you think of this MOBO if i have to go that route http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131622, i should be able to use my power supply an mem an stuff from this comp, an Move up to a 1 gig video card,

I'd hesitate to offer you specific parts advise since I haven't done any recent research into what's currently out there, bang for the buck and so forth.

If you do get that MOBO be prepared to only have 2 available SATA ports. It has the same design flaw as many compact motherboards. In fact I just mentioned the flaw in another thread. Two of the SATA ports are directly in line with the PCIE slots. Most decent video cards are long enough and wide enough that they will partially or even completely cover those two ports. And unless you want to force the SATA cable into a tight 90 degree bend (which is very bad) it's unlikely you'll be able to get a cable in there.
