If you're really, really looking for pvp then head to Freedom.
It's slightly less limp.

Virtue & Freedom have experienced growing numbers of PVPers in Recluse's Victory due to free server transfers. At night there is usually a fair few people going back and fourth.
Oh and don't worry about Cien Fuegos. Most of us ignore him. 
You'll have a much better chance of finding PvP on Freedom. I know a lot of them decided to move there from other servers.

there is some pvp in sirens and rv but mostly
the snap crackle pop variety
as in some one snaps someone crackles and then someone pops and its rewashed

i went to Bloody Bay and it was empty, like the server i switched from.
I know pvp is dead in this game but is there any sign of it on this server?
