Two other things:

The Pocket D teleporter is the easiest/quickest way to access a tailor beginning at level 3.

Activating the Jump Pack while flying, whether its with one of the earnable Jet Packs or the power Fly, will put you at the flight speed cap for 30 seconds every 2 minutes. I'll often "race" teammates across the Hollows using Raptor Packs just to read the comments when I activate my Jump Pack and pull ahead of everyone.

And for anyone trying to find her, Trina the Body Sculptress is located within the Tiki Lounge (where you enter Pocket D using the PD teleporter power) up on the second floor "platform" near the Tiki Room's exit into PD proper.
