Hello. I recently ran across an Elec/Elec blaster. I must admit, when I first looked at this character's powers...I laughed and thought he was just another noob not knowing what to pick. But when he started dueling brutes and doms...he wrecked. He wasn't even IO'ed out. This took place in SC. That's where I want my future character to be.
Is this a worth-it build to train up?
