Yes and no. As a /regen you should have HP capped easily, so it does not get that big bump like a scrapper does. But I know with my build if I hit IH it does turn me into a godly mode. This is mixed in with placates and the crits, and my primary.
I would say in my opinion, for that time it can make you pretty much unstoppable; although YRMV.
How does Instant Healing and a Stalkers low hit points, work out for them in the PvE game?
For a scrapper, it feels alot like hitting the softcap, you're just not going down.
So, is it the same for Stalkers?
