(while I'm in CoH)
Cmd-Tab (not alt-tab) minimizes CoH. Cmd-Enter switches to windowed mode, and then you can shove it aside and work with other applications.

Basically I can't alt+tab to switch windows on my Mac... Just wondering if every/anyone else has the same problem or it's just me. Thanks.
