Need a build for Thugs/ Pain Dom

My first 50 villain, I don't want to delete it... But after I lvl'd it I played scraps/tanks/brutes and I kinda lost interest in it, mainly because its a 'Venge Monkey' (Dies accidentally for Vengeance).. Can someone help me with a build? Please....purps welcome

You asked for a build, but what do you want from it? How much are you willing to spend on it?

Did you want a specific travel power? Or one at all? Some of these matter.

I dont think he cares to much about the travel power he will figure that out, lol, he asked about thugs, and pain . That said I also would be interested in some builds that people use for Thug/Pain. I have a lowbie one, and so far alot of fun though in groups the healing, and micro-managing the pets can get pretty hectic!
