I'm having the same exact problem after upgrading yesterday to Windows 7
This is probably a driver issue. I do see that you are on an old version, 185.93. The current is 195.62. You can find that here.
When, getting rid of the old version, I'd recommend running driver sweeper after you use the nvidia uninstaller to get rid of the stuff it leaves behind.

Hi everyone,
Ive just upgraded overnight to windows 7, after my previous harddrive managed to scramble itself beyond repair. it's a brand new harddrive in there, so theres virtually nothing installed except the windows stuff and CoH/V.
When I start up the game, the gamma on the splash seems to be far too bright, and changing the monitor brightness down to 0 didnt affect it. I tried altering the gamma in-game, however that just made everything else really dark. even the icons and my characters faces are washed out and almost glowing white. Also, the text in game seems fuzzy and washed slightly, whereas before everything was crisp. I've gone through the text tuning process on here since i tried playing the game, and it hasnt improved it at all. Finally, when I tried to change the graphics from recommended to high (just to see it lookin pretty) and it crashed out.
All my drivers are up to date, and the game worked fine on winxp for 3+ months, with the same drivers. I've checked using HMonitor, and im not overheating excessively. it's not the coolest rig in the world, but it works lol.
I'm posting a copy of the CoH Helper file, and also hijack this, in the hope that someone can tell me whats going on.

My apologies for the length of this, I know a lot of people are having similar problems with windows 7, however every persons rig is unique, so... i thought the info might help.
