Hi As requested here is what my current build looks like as you can see a bit of a mix of bits of advice (good and bad) I pick up on the way so 50 so any help or changes would be great. Would love to be able to fit lazer eyes in but just do not seem able to at mo so any advice on how to get it in to the build would be great.

Hi all, I hit 50 this week with my SS/WP tankker Lord Wallace on Union this week. I have been cobbling the build together on the fly as I go and picked up a few nice shines but he feels a tad squichey still, so could you guys help me with the build for mainly PvE, TFs and soloing. I am if posabile trying to get recharge and regen up to nice rate and softcap defence.
The constrants are that he is my Superman type toon so must have fly and I only have at the mo 2 LotG +7.5 the 3 heal recipes for +regen and recovery and only about 1 Billion inf to play with (and 250 merits left). Any help or suggested builds would be of great help to get out of the hash I have made.
