I have a Psy/Ice blaster I made (just to be different) to try and see if it would be a good combo due to the -recharge and the slow/-recharge from Shiver and other ice powers. The idea would have been to take Snow Storm (or whatever that's called).
Good idea? Bad Idea?
I'd overall like to make a Psy blaster for pvp but if possible I prefer non-cookie cutter builds.

It's a decent attrition type dueling build... but on teams lacks the range or disruption on teams a psi/em or psi/dev can put out.
I know I stole that other guys title.. sorry hah.
