LF Kat/SR builds!
As a fellow Kat/SR person it saddens me to see this post go without replies. However, given your criteria I sorta understand. I'm not positive (since I don't PVP) but I think defense sets are sub-par pvp. Also, I'm not sure how to get near perma-elude without spending a boatload of inf. That aside, I made an attempt at this. I did include Lotg which are expensive but had no other way to get more recharge "cheaply". Also, I kinda pooped out when I got to frankenslotting GD, but it has little to do with what you requested.

I'm always a little pvp oriented, so I usually build/play with that in mind. Considering this is not one of my main pvp builds (like my fire/regen) I'd like to keep the cost under a bil, if possible. Typically, I do my own builds but I sorta suck when it comes to defense based.
So I'm looking for a all around decent pvp/good pve build, just something for fun and survivable. Maybe something with near perma elude? That'd be haaaawt. Thanks in advance. ♥
