DM/Inv - experimantal build
I see where your going but I'm not a fan of not taking the fitness pool. Soft capped at 40% smash/leth, fire/cold, neg/eng with 5 foes will bring it to 45%. That is something I am looking into.
@Turbo_Starr
Not only that, but he's also running the best DM attack chain.
What's the experiment? Looks like what you'd want out of a DM/Invuln - soft capped Smashing/Lethal with one target, FCEN with more (6 targets here). Really good Smashing/Lethal resistance, passible FCEN. Perma Dull Pain for capped hit points. Just enough recharge to run the top chain, healing from Siphon Life dwarfs regeneration, so regeneration is left "low". Reasonable to-hit from multiple sources. Needing to slot Confront as a set mule makes me sad, but maybe tanking with a scrapper is part of the experiment. Endurance looks like it would be OK on first glance.
Should shine against smashing/lethal targets that can put out fantastic burst damage, such as a team of AVs. Expecting a team of AVs to try to take you down?
(Edit: Grrrr, now I want me one of THESE too. You're not helping my altitis! My doctor says I need to stay away from you!)
(Edit: If you're going to blow the bank anyway, the +3% resistance unique would be a big boost against smashing/lethal enemies.)

Just one of the builds I was looking at before I went for a Katana/WP.
And since I'm probably gonna gear up my Katana/Regen to do some PvP, the build would probably just gather dust. I did roll me a DM/Inv Brute, but he sits at 30 for some time now. Not a fan of DM...
Just a couple thoughts on this build...
If you swap the end/rech doctored in DP out for a heal/end it puts you further over the HP cap (since it's well beyond perma) and will allow you to drop some of the +hp sets you've slotted in various places. Also consider getting the task force commander accolade (ew, I know...). If you do both of those you'll be up to 2543 hp (capped at 2409).
I would then drop the two piece ToN in siphon life and swap it for 2x golgi.
I think the kismet +acc is probably overkill considering you have 30 acc from sets, as well as tohit from invic aura and soul drain.
Would also probably drop two of the LOTG's from invic aura and replace with Cytos. Probably the same for maneuvers and weave as well.
Looks like a fun build - I'd be interested to see how it plays against multiple AV's!

In the face of such foes, +30 accuracy doesn't mean a whole lot on its own. The way accuracy and toHit interact, +toHit is, broadly speaking, a much stronger effect. The more defense or higher level your foe, the more +toHit outstrips +accuracy in importance.
While Soul Drain gives a nice boost to toHit, you do have to hit with it first, meaning you want very good toHit to start with. Because of this, I do agree especially with the part of your other suggestions where you replace two of the LotGs in Invinc with Cytos.

Good points on the HP...
Though I am rather lazy on getting the TF accolade. Don't have it on any of mine
Could see a lot of changes that could take place going that route though. Something that I probably wont get around to
So many overpowered build concepts, so little time.... :P
