Help with my MA/Regen build

Hey guys, just got my MA/Regen scrapper to 50 a few hours ago and I've been working on a PvP build for him.

My budget would be about 100-125 Mill. I know that's not a lot, but I'm not really looking to spend a lot.
Just want the best possible build for the cheapest price.

I couldn't get Mids to download on my PC for some odd reason so I used the browser builder.. here is the link:

eep, thats such a small budget these days. but a few things i noticed...

might want to change out one set of DocWounds, as you'll only get the bonuses from the 1st 5 sets. suggest frankenslot i.Healing (heal/rech), as this is easily the best power in /regen, and doing so will free-up 1 slot while boosting your Enh values to ED cap.

if you only took Conceal pool for Phase, consider the Temp version to allow Manuvers (only for a LotG, never toggled) and Tactics. swapping your Chi slots here will allow you to drop T.Drone also, while reducing End cost a bit. approx same number of slots used after the shuffle.

2 Micros in SS is enough, esp for the added cost when $ is a hinderance elsewhere. another free slot here, or 1End+2Run would be alot of free inf...

2 slots of Rech in MoG because A: that 5th R.Fortune bonus is null due to the 5 sets of DocWounds, and B: the Def is already somewhat snubbed at base. 3 more free slots.

5 slots of Enfeebled in WebGranade, plus 1Rech could be cheaper than 3Acc commons...and more effective.

consider Caltrops for cheap stalker deterrant.

with Eagle's Claw high crit chance, you might want better Rech. droppin 2 Mako out for 2 Ci's mix will drastically improve your best attack's Enh'd potency.

i love my MA/reg so i sank serious bank into it to open-up alot of options, and so it looks far diff from your build. but overall you have the right idea i think, just remember to check your bonuses. 5 is the cap for any given percentage (only 5 7.5%Rech, only 5 12%Regen, etc.) ...and GL
