Hey guys, just got my MA/Regen scrapper to 50 a few hours ago and I've been working on a PvP build for him.

My budget would be about 100-125 Mill. I know that's not a lot, but I'm not really looking to spend a lot.
Just want the best possible build for the cheapest price.

I' pretty fixed on a regen, but still on the edge of whether to pick BS, Fire, or MA.
Which one would be the cheapest to build?

Hey guys, I've been searching the forums for a good "starter" build for PvP, and it looks like a regen scrapper is a pretty popular choice.

My question is what to pair it with?
The main thing I'm looking for is something that won't take a lot of influence to build, (maybe something that will do well with just normal lvl 50 enhancements.. SO's I think they are called) but will still do good in PvP zones and duels.

I was reading that MA/Regen is pretty nice for starters, but I was also wondering about Dark, BS, or Fire.
